About Me

Not too long ago, I found myself in a place where I struggled to remember the last time I accomplished something truly noteworthy. I was mentally and physically drained and so I took a gamble on the gym.


I created my own goals this time, these weren't career or money oriented goals. My focus was self improvement, to get stronger, healthier and to learn something new. I couldn't have achieved those goals without help and I was lucky enough to have a friend with many years experience and knowledge to pass on to me. 


Through their support I found a new sense of purpose and progress in my life. Finally, something I could work towards in a meaningful way that produced real results that I could see and feel.


The impact of my gym experience has been nothing short of life-changing. Now, I want to pay it forward.  I want to be there for you, offering the tools and guidance you need to embark on your own transformative path.

What I offer

Strength Coaching

As a certified strength coach, I have extensive knowledge in helping lifters enhance their performance on the squat, bench press and deadlift. These are fundamental movements for any lifter and are an integral part of my programming. You can expect to see progress whether you are a beginner or a more advanced lifter.

Nutritional Advice

My goal is to empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their nutrition. By combining effective exercise routines with proper nutrition, I strive to help my clients lead healthier, happier lives.

Accountablity

 Accountability is a crucial element in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether you struggle to motivate yourself in the gym or outside of it, we can work to maximize our time together. 

Hypertrophy Training

Whether clients are looking to build muscle for aesthetic purposes, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall strength, hypertrophy training will be an essential part of our sessions. With my expertise and guidance, clients can expect to see significant gains in muscle size, strength, and overall fitness.

Programming

My ultimate goal as a personal trainer is to outfit you with the skills you need to continue your fitness journey without my assistance. A part of this is providing you with effective programmes that you can follow independently.
