My Obligations as your Trainer

  • I will use my skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account, you, your personal goals, fitness levels and likes and dislikes related to exercise.
  • I will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you as my client may need to help achieve your goals.
  • I maintain a professional attitude and manner throughout every session.
  • Each session will last one hour.

Pricing

I offer my services in monthly packages.

Package 1 includes: 

TWO sessions per week lasting ONE hour per session. This package is to be paid MONTHLY. Also included is all of my support, from nutritional advice to personalised programs.

 

Package 2 includes: 

THREE sessions per week lasting ONE hour per session. This package is to be paid MONTHLY.  Also included is all of my support, from nutritional advice to personalised programs.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Notification of cancelled appointments must be made before 12 hours of the session time.  Failure to do so will result in a lost session that will not be rescheduled.

Proper cancellations made 12 hours before the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
 
Emergency Cancellations: 

Emergency cancellations will be treated at the discretion of the personal trainer.

If I cancel:

In case I as your personal trainer fall ill or am unable to instruct the session for whatever reason, the session will be cancelled and re-arranged for the earliest time possible.

Late arrivals

The session will be deemed to have started at the pre-arranged session time. Any lost time due to late arrival of you as a client will not be made up at the end of the session. 

We need your consent to load the translations

We use a third-party service to translate the website content that may collect data about your activity. Please review the details in the privacy policy and accept the service to view the translations.
